André Radke: “On June 20th, 2000, UserLand released the first version of SOAP support for Frontier. This release implements a client and a server for performing remote procedure calls (section 7 of the SOAP 1.1. spec) over HTTP (section 6) using the SOAP encoding for parameters and return values (section 5).”
