Athena: “Now my kids are on their own, married or not, working past midnight, grocery shopping past midnight because its the middle of their work day. I’m encumbered by an elderly aunt who keeps up the kitchen but has never cooked, a puppy named Sam, 4 aging cats, and, for the moment, a Down syndrome 21 year old man. So I’m grocery shopping before midnight. I’m tired nonetheless. My legs are heavy, feet tired. I have done less than I ought to have done today. There are always patients to care for, manuscripts to review, letters to Deans and Chiefs explaining the obvious.”

Frontier 6.2 has been released!

This is why it’s been so long since I posted any news. ;): Smile!

The last two days were extremely busy for me, testing, fixing last minute bugs, and working on documentation. We made it! And nothing is majorly broken… At least nothing we’ve found yet.

I’ve found a couple of small bugs which I’ll be fixing soon, but in all, I think it’s been a successful release. It’s certainly more solid than some releases in which I’ve participated in the past, though I won’t name any names.
