“When you go to the main discussion group page in topic mode, you see a list of current topics. Topics that are no longer current don’t appear on the list.
“When you click on a topic, you go to a page that displays all the messages in that topic, in chronological order. The first message is at the top, and replies appear below. A reply form appears at the end of the messages.”
